Encloop プライバシーポリシー
1. 運営者
Encloop（以下「本アプリ」）は、上田一至（以下「当方」）が提供します。
2. 本アプリが取り扱う情報
端末内に保存する情報
本アプリは、ハイスコア、ゲーム進行の集計値、言語・音量・振動・動きを減らす設定などを端末内へ保存します。アカウント登録、氏名・メールアドレス等の入力、ユーザー投稿機能はありません。端末内データは、アプリのデータ消去またはアンインストールにより削除できます。
広告および同意管理
本アプリは、リザルト画面から「もう一度」または「ホーム」へ移動する際に、Google Mobile Ads（AdMob）のインタースティシャル広告を表示する場合があります。Google Mobile Ads SDKは、広告配信、分析、不正防止等のため、IPアドレス（おおよその地域の推定に使われる場合があります）、アプリ内の操作、診断情報、広告ID・アプリセットID等の端末またはアカウント識別子を自動的に収集・共有する場合があります。通信中のデータは暗号化されます。
Google User Messaging Platform（UMP）を使用し、地域および適用される要件に応じて同意画面を表示します。必要と判定された場合、本アプリ内のプライバシー設定から選択内容を変更できます。広告を読み込めない場合や広告への同意が得られない場合でも、ゲーム本体は利用できます。
利用状況の分析
本アプリはGoogle Analytics for Firebaseを使用し、起動、ゲーム開始・終了、チェイン等の集計されたゲームイベント、アプリ・端末・セッションに関する情報、Firebase Analyticsが自動収集するイベントや識別子を、利用状況の把握、品質改善、不具合分析のために送信します。本アプリ独自の分析イベントには、自由入力文、氏名、メールアドレス等を含めません。
取得しない情報
本アプリ独自の機能は、正確な位置情報、連絡先、写真・動画、音声、ファイル、健康情報、決済情報を要求しません。
3. 利用目的
情報は、ゲーム機能・設定の提供、広告の配信と頻度制御、同意状態の管理、利用状況の分析、品質・安定性の改善、不正行為とセキュリティ問題の防止、法令・プラットフォームポリシーへの対応のために使用します。
4. 外部サービスへの提供
当方は上記目的のため、Google LLCが提供するGoogle Mobile Ads、User Messaging Platform、およびGoogle Analytics for Firebaseを利用します。各サービスによる処理には、Googleの規約およびプライバシーポリシーが適用されます。当方は、法令に基づく場合を除き、本アプリから得た情報を独自に販売しません。
5. 保存期間と削除
- 端末内データ: 利用者がアプリデータを消去またはアンインストールするまで。
- 広告・同意・分析データ: 各Googleサービスの設定、保持期間および適用法令に従います。Firebase Analyticsのユーザーレベルおよびイベントレベルのデータ保持期間は2か月に設定します。
本アプリにはアカウントがないため、アカウント削除機能はありません。プライバシーに関するお問い合わせは上記連絡先で受け付けます。
6. 利用者の選択
利用者は、UMPのプライバシー設定、Androidの広告プライバシー／広告ID設定、アプリのデータ消去またはアンインストールを利用できます。音、振動、動きを減らす設定はアプリ内で変更できます。
7. 子どもの利用
本アプリは子どもを対象としておらず、対象ユーザーは13歳以上です。
8. 安全管理
当方は、必要な情報に限定し、通信の暗号化、アクセス制限、SDKと依存関係の更新等、合理的な安全管理措置を講じます。ただし、インターネット上の送信または保存方法の完全な安全性を保証するものではありません。
9. 変更
機能、SDK、法令または配信地域の変更に応じて本ポリシーを改定する場合があります。重要な変更は本ページまたは必要に応じてアプリ内で告知します。

Encloop Privacy Policy
1. Publisher
Encloop (the “App”) is provided by Kazushi Ueda (“we,” “us,” or “our”).
2. Information handled by the App
Information stored on the device
The App stores high scores, aggregate gameplay progress, and preferences such as language, sound, haptics, and reduced motion on the device. The App does not provide account registration, request a name or email address, or offer user-generated content. Local data can be removed by clearing the App’s data or uninstalling it.
Advertising and consent management
The App may show a Google Mobile Ads (AdMob) interstitial after the player chooses Play Again or Home on the Result screen. For advertising, analytics, and fraud-prevention purposes, the Google Mobile Ads SDK may automatically collect and share IP address (which may be used to estimate general location), in-app interactions, diagnostic information, and device or account identifiers such as the advertising ID and app set ID. Data is encrypted in transit.
The App uses Google’s User Messaging Platform (UMP) to present consent messages when required for the user’s region and applicable requirements. When required, the App provides a Privacy Options entry point so users can revisit their choices. Core gameplay remains available when ads cannot load or an ad request is not permitted.
Usage analytics
The App uses Google Analytics for Firebase and sends aggregate gameplay events such as app launch, game start/end, and chain results, together with app, device, and session information and events or identifiers automatically collected by Firebase Analytics. We use this information to understand usage, improve quality, and diagnose problems. Our custom analytics events do not contain free-form text, names, email addresses, or other directly identifying account information.
Information not requested by first-party features
The App’s own features do not request precise location, contacts, photos, videos, audio recordings, files, health information, or payment information.
3. Purposes
We process information to provide gameplay and settings, deliver and frequency-limit ads, manage consent choices, understand usage, improve quality and stability, prevent fraud and security issues, and comply with legal and platform requirements.
4. Service providers and sharing
For these purposes, we use services provided by Google LLC: Google Mobile Ads, UMP, and Google Analytics for Firebase. Google’s terms and privacy policy apply to its processing. We do not independently sell information obtained through the App, except that disclosures required by law may apply.
5. Retention and deletion
- On-device data: Until the user clears App data or uninstalls the App.
- Advertising, consent, and analytics data: According to each Google service’s configured retention controls, provider policies, and applicable law. Firebase Analytics user-level and event-level data retention is set to two months.
The App has no account system and therefore has no account-deletion feature. Privacy requests can be sent to the contact address above.
6. User choices
Users may use UMP Privacy Options when available, Android advertising privacy or advertising ID controls, or clear App data/uninstall the App. Sound, haptics, and reduced-motion preferences can be changed in the App.
7. Children and target audience
The App is not directed to children. Its Google Play target audience is ages 13 and over.
8. Security
We use reasonable safeguards such as data minimization, encryption in transit, restricted access, and dependency or SDK updates. No internet transmission or storage method can be guaranteed completely secure.
9. Changes
We may revise this policy when the App, SDKs, laws, or distribution regions change. Material changes will be announced on this page and, when appropriate, in the App.
